The Concept of a Legal Person

The aim of this lesson is to introduce concept and discuss the subject of law, how all human beings become the subjects of law and who can be the subject of law besides human beings. A human being can create other subjects of law such as legal entities. A legal personhood is also granted to legal persons (companies). Theories of legal person and the main elements of a legal person are present during the lecture. After this lecture, the student will able to define legal person and will know the main elements of legal person.
